You will receive the quantity of empty personalized candy boxes selected when placing your order.

The boxes may arrive closed or folded for protection during shipping. Simply open and shape the box—it will be ready to fill and display. No glue, tape, or additional assembly is required.

If no special customization requests are provided, the item will be made as shown in the listing photos, using the name and age entered with your order.

CHARACTER CUSTOMIZATION — WHEN APPLICABLE

If the design includes a character and you would like it to resemble your child or a specific person, please send a clear photo after placing your order or contact me before production begins.

When possible, I can adjust basic features such as hairstyle, hair color, and skin tone.

If no photo or special request is received, the character will be created as shown in the listing images.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders are scheduled and shipped according to the event date provided at checkout.

Orders are generally shipped approximately one week before the event date.

If the event date is not provided, on-time delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Please message me before purchasing if you would like to confirm color or design changes. All requested modifications must also be included in the “Notes to Seller” box at checkout.
