How do I personalize my order?

Enter the requested name, age, colors and other details in the personalization fields on the product page. Please review all spelling and numbers carefully before completing your purchase.

Can you create a theme that is not listed?

Yes! Visit our Custom Orders page and submit your event details. We will contact you to discuss availability, design and pricing.

Does submitting a custom request confirm my order?

No. A request is confirmed only after the design details, availability, price and payment have been completed.

What information should I include for a custom order?

Please include the celebrant’s name and age, theme, colors, items and quantities needed, event date and shipping ZIP code.

When should I place my order?

Please order as early as possible. Production time depends on the item, quantity and current order schedule. Always provide your event date so we can review whether there is enough time to create and deliver your order.

Will my order arrive by my event date?

We use the event date to help plan your order, but delivery dates depend on production time and the shipping carrier. Please review the estimated delivery information at checkout and contact us before ordering if your event is approaching.

Can I change the personalization after ordering?

Contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes may not be possible. Include your order number and the correction you need.
