Refund policy

7-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To request a return, email hellocraftbykgf@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. If accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping for eligible returns.

PERSONALIZED AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Custom-made, personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged because they are created specifically for each customer. Digital products and downloaded files are also final sale.

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hellocraftbykgf@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Eligible physical orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase if preparation has not begun. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. Once design or production work has started, personalized orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Digital products and downloaded files cannot be cancelled or returned.

SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable unless required by applicable law.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible purchases. Exceptions may apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized and to digital content after downloading or access begins. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after an approved return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, email hellocraftbykgf@gmail.com.
