Take a look at our online shop or social media to see the variety of designs we've created for other events. It’s a great way to gather ideas and find inspiration for your own celebration.

2. Reach out with your idea

Fill out the custom order form on our website with all the details and once you have a general concept, send us a message or email at info@hellocraftbykgf.com. Share the following details:

  • Theme or style of your event

  • Name and age of the guest of honor

  • Preferred colors

  • Type of item you need (cake topper, banner, 3D letters, etc.)

  • Event date

3. Availability check and proposal
After receiving your request, we’ll confirm availability and send you a proposal with the details and pricing. Feel free to ask questions or request adjustments.

4. Order confirmation and payment
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a direct link to complete your purchase. We begin working on your order only after it has been paid.
