2. Reach out with your idea

Fill out the custom order form on our website with all the details and once you have a general concept, send us a message or email at info@hellocraftbykgf.com. Share the following details:

• Theme or style of your event

• Name and age of the guest of honor

• Preferred colors

• Type of item you need (cake topper, banner, 3D letters, etc.)

• Event date

3. Availability check and proposal
After receiving your request, we’ll confirm availability and send you a proposal with the details and pricing. Feel free to ask questions or request adjustments.

4. Order confirmation and payment
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a direct link to complete your purchase. We begin working on your order only after it has been paid.

5. Production and shipping
All items are made by hand using high-quality cardstock and great attention to detail. Orders are scheduled and shipped based on your event date, so they typically arrive one week before your celebration.

6. Receive your order and enjoy your event
Your order will arrive carefully packaged and ready to shine at your party. If you’d like to share a photo, we’d love to see how our creations added joy to your special day.

Si es tu primera vez haciendo un pedido personalizado con nosotros, esta guía te llevará paso a paso para que el proceso sea fácil y agradable.

Visita nuestra tienda online o redes sociales para ver la variedad de creaciones que hemos hecho para otros eventos. Es una excelente forma de recoger ideas e inspiración para tu celebración.

2. Cuéntanos tu idea
Rellena el formulario de pedidos personalizados en nuestra web con todos los detalles o envíanos un mensaje/correo a info@hellocraftbykgf.com. Comparte la siguiente información:

• Tema o estilo de tu evento

• Nombre y edad del festejado/a

• Colores preferidos

• Tipo de artículo que necesitas (cake topper, banner, letras 3D, etc.)

• Fecha del evento

3. Verificación de disponibilidad y propuesta
Tras recibir tu solicitud, confirmaremos disponibilidad y te enviaremos una propuesta con detalles y precios. Siéntete libre de hacer preguntas o pedir ajustes.

4. Confirmación del pedido y pago
Una vez todo esté confirmado, te enviaremos un enlace directo para completar tu compra. Empezamos a trabajar en tu pedido solo después de recibir el pago.

5. Producción y envío
Todos los artículos son hechos a mano con cartulina de alta calidad y mucha atención al detalle. Los pedidos se programan y envían según la fecha de tu evento, normalmente llegando una semana antes de la celebración.
